I was positively impressed from the beginning when I discovered your shop in the west end (by chance). At that time, as you know, we had already chosen a big Glasgow flooring company to lay the wooden floors in our newly bought house. Somehow I wasn't completely convinced that they would be able to do the job for a number of reasons. Firstly, I was never able to speak to someone past their appointment booking secretary and secondly, they had not confirmed that they would be able to do our stairs (28 steps in total, as you well know now). It was the stairs in your window shop that caught my attention.
You will remember that I said to you, 'I don't want problems, I want solutions'. As a busy mother of three I needed to be confident that you would be able to provide us with the level of service that we needed.
You were able to fit us in the week that suited us, just before we moved into the new house. The job was finished in time and your team were able to lay the floors for our 5 bedrooms, study, halls, landings and all the stairs in 8 days. That includes removing the carpets which you didn't really have to do. The attention to detail in the laying of the floors is highly noticeable and many of our friends have commented on the workmanship. I know that you are planning to use pictures of our house in your website and I will be very confident in recommending your company to future customers.
